Participants should be:

• Flexible, communicative and open to new experience.
• Willing to mix-up with host family.
• Broad minded and self-reliant.
• Not less than 12 years of age not more than 16 years of age.
• Must understand and speak in English.
• Committed to inter-cultural understanding.
• Experience of international travel.

Below is a list of the rules and regulations which all students for cultural exchange among nations
are required to follow throughout their sojourn.

• Students will have to follow host family culture and rules.
• Any kind of addiction is (cigarette, alcohol, drugs, etc.)Strictly restricted in host family.
• In this programme students must abide by all Indian laws.
• Student must show respect for their home stay families and act as a responsible number of the family.
• Students must respect the privacy of their home stay families and not talk about their private affairs with others.

• On Special occasions (birthday and other important festivals) the students’ priority must be to spend this time with their home stay family.
• Students must pay promptly for all long distance call made prepaid phone cards are the best option.
• If parents and friends are visiting the student during the period, the home stay family is not expected to provide accommodations.
• The participant is prohibited from handling or carrying weapons of any form (guns, knives, clubs, martial arts devices etc) in addition, fighting and physical violence will not be tolerated.
• Students are encouraged to ask the programme staff or home stay family to explain the rules and regulations.
• The participants must obey all local, state and federal laws while in the India to hold the programme harmless from all liabilities arising from the violation of any of these laws.
• Host family will be pure vegetarian.
• Overseas insurance is must for all participants
• Participats are not allowed to change their host family during programme days.
• It is responsibility of participate to care for his / her luggage and personal properties. We not responsible for any physical or economical loss during participants stay or travel. We will not act as a courier or make arrangement to have the students luggage sent back to his / her home country.
• All medications must be accompanied by a doctor’s prescription. No exceptions please
• The participant must accept all decisions made by the organization for cultural exchange programm.
